Here at Mor Workspace, we understand the importance of catering to businesses of all types and sizes, both big and small. We currently have one large office suite available, this covers a floor span of approximately 4,500 sqft with the capacity to home your 50 plus strong work-force.
The office suites we produce are designed to offer you a professional, hassle-free location to call your base. With your ideas, our in-house team can adapt our large office suites into stylish, versatile spaces that work hand-in-hand with your business model. With ample onsite parking, CCTV, key code entry and an out of hours security gate, Mor Workspace prides itself as the perfect hub for business.

Our private office spaces are an aspect we value greatly at Mor Workspace. modern spaces, filled with natural light and bespoke furniture, you’re guaranteed to find a space that’s right for you! Choose from either a stylish glass office which gives you the versatility to connect and collaborate or seclude yourself in a professional, private environment.
Our aim is to make our members love where they work, with ample onsite parking, super speedy wifi, 24/7 access to the premises and regular social events, you’ll soon find that a private office at Mor Workspace is right for you. Choose from an array of different sized private offices to suit your working conditions and business model, from a 1 person office to a space suitable for up to 9 people.

We currently have two offices available in our Old HQ building, for details on each office please see below.
Office 2 (Ground Floor) 2-3 persons £580+ VAT per month
Office 3 (Ground Floor) 1- 2 persons £500+ VAT per month
The Important Bits….
- All prices are inclusive of secure wireless internet, heating, water, electric, 2 sets of keys*, use of shared kitchen and breakout spaces.
- All our offices are based on 3 year contracts with a 3 month notice period. For a short term contract please see below.
- Prices do not include Business Rates but most qualify for small business rates relief.
- Additional persons above the numbers indicated per office are a £50pp surplus per month.
- Office 2 and 3 are both unfurnished but can be furnish for a small amount per month.
- *Additional sets of keys can be arranged at an additional cost
Please note that our site does not allow pets in private offices or any communal space.
Short term lettings
We offer short term contracts which are charged on a weekly basis from 2 weeks upwards, for prices of offices for short term leasing please contact us on the details below. Short term office contracts will initially be offered for office hours only (9am-5.30pm, weekdays), if you do require a short term office out of office hours we can arrange this at an additional cost. Short term contracts also have a small admin fee of £25 + VAT for setting up the license agreement.
