All prices are inclusive of basic wireless internet (upgrade options available), 2 sets of keys*, use of shared kitchens, breakout spaces and parking.

All our offices are based on 3 year contracts with a 12 month notice period. For a short term contract please see below.

Prices do not include Business Rates (but most qualify for small business rates relief) and annual insurance contribution.

Additional persons above the numbers indicated per office are a £65pp surplus per month.

Please note that our site does not allow pets/animals in our HQ Building, communal or co-working spaces. Please ask about other suitable office spaces.
