Our private office spaces are an aspect we value greatly at Mor Workspace. Modern spaces, filled with natural light and bespoke furniture, you’re guaranteed to find a space that’s right for you! Choose from either a stylish glass office which gives you the versatility to connect and collaborate or seclude yourself in a professional, private environment.

Our aim is to make sure our members love where they work, with ample onsite parking, super speedy Wi-Fi, 24/7 access to the premises and a great social community, you’ll soon find that a private office at Mor Workspace is right for you. Choose from an array of different sized private offices to suit your working conditions and business model, from a 1 person office to a space suitable for up to 9 people.

 The Important Bits….

  • All prices are inclusive of basic wireless internet (upgrade options available), heating, water, electric, 2 sets of keys*, use of shared kitchen and breakout spaces.
  • All our offices are based on 3 year contracts with a 9 month notice period. For a short term contract please see below.
  • Prices do not include Business Rates (but most qualify for small business rates relief) and annual insurance contribution.
  • Additional persons above the numbers indicated per office are a £65pp surplus per month.
  •  *Additional sets of keys can be arranged at an additional cost

Please note that our site does not allow pets/animals in our HQ Building, communal or co-working spaces. 

Short term lettings 

We offer short term contracts which are charged on a weekly basis from 2 weeks upwards, for prices of offices for short term leasing please contact us on the details below. Short term office contracts will initially be offered for office hours only (9am-5.30pm, weekdays), if you do require a short-term office including use out of office hours, we can arrange this at an additional cost. Short term contracts also have a small admin fee of £25 + VAT for setting up the license agreement.
